First Pharmacy Uganda LTD built the First Pharmacy Mobile Application as a Free app. This service is provided by First Pharmacy Uganda Limited at no cost and is intended for use as is. This Privacy Policy extends to all First Pharmacy owned services and websites. This page is used to inform app users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information if anyone decided to use our Service.

• At registration: Name, Phone Number, E-mail address, Date of Birth, Address, Gender
• When you chat with our customer support team via the application
• When you place an order over the phone or through chat: Name of product, Date and Time of order, Cost of item
• When you contact us for any reason, including through feedback, phone call, and surveys
• Through continued use of the application, such as analytics and marketing preferences.

Use of Personal Data

We and our service providers use Personal Data for legitimate business purposes when we interact with consumers, the public, professionals, and our customers including:

• Providing the Services and fulfilling your requests
• To provide services to you, such as arranging access to an account you set up with us

If you wish to request the deletion of your personal data held by First Pharmacy, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us via email at info@firstpharmacyltd.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
2. Provide us with enough information to identify you in our system, such as your full name, email address, and phone number.
3. Specify the data or types of data you want deleted from our records.
4. Allow us up to 30 days to process your request. We may contact you to verify your identity before proceeding with the deletion of your data.

Please note that we may need to retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
